    Hello

I have an Acer Aspire laptop (1694WLMI) and ever since I reloaded the OS using the rescue discs the OSD says "No Device" when I press the front buttons which operate the Wifi and Bluetooth. Paradoxically, both of these devices are fully functional. The OSD used to say "Bluetooth On" for example. Does anybody know what is controlling the OSD messages? Is it an Acer program or part of the windows shell? Other OSD messages like that for the volume control and touchpad are working properly. Any help appreciated.

That's courtesy of the Launch Manager. With that said, I suggest you go to Acer's download page (go to any Acer websites and go to support) and then re-download the Launch manager in the Applications tab in the page. Might have to reinstall the thing, I'm not sure though, so hope this helps. :D
