I have been checking the difference between some of the features that seem to be redundant such as Acer e-net management vs Vista Network and Sharing Center and deleting or uninstalling the feature that seems to be least helpful in order to save space on the HDD.

Could some of you give me the pro's and con's of Window's Vista Backup and Recovery and Acer Recovery Management? I have Vista Basic loaded on my Acer Aspire 3680-2682 which does not have the Vista Total PC Recovery feature.

Its a good idea to take a backup of the entire machine when you want to replace your hard disk at some other time... Your question is good. I too will wait for a comment from an expert
