Hi guys!
I bougth my Acer Aspire 5920G after Christmas. I downloadet CPU-Z just to check if every thing was allright, and it was not.
My 2gigs of memory runs in 333MHz, and in the manual is should run in 667 MHz.
What can i do? just clock the ram or talk to Acer? Have some one the same problem or is it just me?

No problem. The RAM is DDR which means Double Data Rate so the data moves twice for each clock cycle. CPU-Z is measuring the base frequency and the actual data frequency is double what CPU-Z reports.
If you want to be sure, download SiSoftware Sandra and run the memory bandwith benchmark. I would expect a result between 3500 and 4500MB/s.
