    abourt ram speed

    is it okay to use two different types of ram? example one 333mhz and another 667 mhz? can i use both ? will affect the computer?

    That's technically impossible.
    333MHz was DDR while 667MHz is DDR2.
    What is more likely is that it's actual the same type of memory but since it's DDR (dual data rate) the actual frequency is doubled hence 333x2=667MHz

    (It can't equal 666 for obvious non-mathematical reasons).

    So if both sticks fit the slot that means both are at least 667MHz DDR2.

    ok thanks i looked up again mine theyre ddr2 5300s-555-12, but with CPU ID says:
    Memory type DDR2
    Module format SO-DIMM
    Manufacturer (ID) Samsung (CE00000000000000)
    Size 2048 MBytes
    Max bandwidth PC2-5300 (333 MHz)

    That's DDR2 667MHz. The I/O clock is 333MHz but since it's double data rate the data rate is twice that- 667MHz.
    So in essence you have two sticks of DDR2 667MHz RAM
