    acer 1462 lm problem please help!

    I have an acer 1362lm with a sempron 2800 + and put a sempron 3300 +. Once I on up only the lamp on the monitor but the monitor is off and neither the hard disks will work ONLY fan.
    Upgrading bios from 1.11 to 1.14 still nuthing
    I put the old processor and working properly.
    Anybody got any idea of what I can do;
