    Hi all,
    I want to restore my laptop to factory. I tried the Alt F10 and it askes me for Acer Power Technolgy Password. Where do i get this. I am running Windows Vista basic. Is this the product key they are asking for.? i dont have a copy of the Windows vista but i do have a backup DVD. thats it. Im toltally new to this. any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks in advance.

    Actually.. i've discover i have 6 cds. and a backup dvd. Ive tried to boot from cd/dvd and it working so far. Thanks anyway. Im at the stage now it says please wait for windows to start for the first time. Hoping it's going to work out.

    ok it worked but i have another problem now. i got the acer tour up and it won't close.. its been running since my last post.. Anything i could try?
