    acer 3100 keyboard not respond

    Hi

    I have an aspire 3100 series. and the keyboard, usb and touchpad are not functionals. You can go on windows but you cannot do anything.

    Even in the bios you cannot enter by tape F2. Any usb keyboard work. the same under windoz or linux.

    Is there a bios solution? or an electronic repair to do.

    I search on this site but nothing. I notice there is the same thing on The 5100 series too.
    I notice so if you push ctrl and esc key the screen stay black that's all.?!!

    I have already done it; the computer is out of waranty i have to pay . it is too expansive.
