    help bought a acer 3630 note pad but when it loads up it says could not finf specified file shel.dll i think. been told i need recovery disc which did not come with laptop.
    i have an xp disc but laptop will not boot up from disc even when told too what do i do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111
