    can anyone please help.i can't get dual monitor working.i have done everything.does the 4060 even support dual

    i must have missed this one oops

    Fn + F5 Display toggle Switches display output
    between the display screen,
    external monitor (if connected)
    and both.

    your laptop should see the monitor when you switch it on.
