dont expect a reply in the first hour.

This laptop is ok, but the 64mb video memory means it won't be great for games. But then again I don't know what ur gonna use a notebook for.

Fill out the FAQ in the hardware section, then other people will recomend u laptops.

Acer are good value and the one I ordered recently will arrive tomorow so i'll let u know what its like ;)

Thanks for your reply Darbyjack.I am in a hurry ,that's why I wanted a quick reply.
As for your comment,I am not gonna buy the laptop especially for games but maybe from time to time I will try some.
I just have a question. Is this 64 mb x 700 unshared pci express graphic card better than the shared 128mb intel onboard 900 pci express?
Here are the specifications of this laptop I want to buy:

    Intel Centrino Pentium M 740-1.73GHz
    MS Windows XP Home
    15.4" WXGA TFT Aktif Matrix
    64MB ATI Mobility Radeon X700
    80GB
    512MB (2x 256) DDR II
    DVD-Dual Double Layer
    WLAN 802.11g wireless, 56K fax/modem, 10/100 ethernet

    3x USB2.0, 1x IEEE1394, 1x IrDA, 1x VGA, 1x S-Video, PCMCIA II

    8 cell LiIon

    2.91 Kg.
    2 year warranty

Is there anybody who had problems with keyboard or touchpad?
Meanwhile ,the laptop in your sig.looks awesome.

Yes, the 64mb X700 dedicated graphics card is much much better than the Intel 900. They are both fine for basic tasks but when it comes to graphics intensive applications, the X700 is miles ahead of the Intel.

I havent used that particular laptop but Acer uses the same type of keyboard on most of their systems. From my experience with the Aspire 3003 the keyboard is a little bit on the soft side. There was'nt any flex or rather is not noticable. Some Acers have a curved keyboard, but from the pics on the website looks like it has the straight one.

I have no idea about the price of laptops in Turkey but if that model was sold in the US, it would be around $1100. From the specifications, it looks like a good deal and the 64mb X700 should come in handy whenever you want to game.

Thanks a lot for your contribution Miner,İt is very useful for me.
I am happy that x700 64 mb graphic card is better as I could buy dell 6000 with intel 9000 media accelartor with cheaper price(100$).
The price of this laptop is 1296$(tax included) but I dont know how much the prices in Usa are for this laptop.

As far as I can see it had curved keyboard but I dont know which one is better.

curved keyboards take a little while to get used to. My school used to have them in most desktops.

    not to start with.

however, after a little patience, u'll get used to the keyboard in no time.

It didn't take me long to touch type on curved keyboards

I'd say straight keyboards are easier to get used to tho.

As darbyjack said, once you get used to it there wont be any problems. Also the Acer curved keys are not too different from typing on a straight keyboard. There is only a slight curve(around 5 degrees). So, it does not feel all that different than straight keys.
