    Your question/problem is a bit vague. I'm guessing your notebook will NOT turn on at all.

    If this is the case, what have you been doing, have you tried updating the bios, did this just happen all of a sudden?

    What happens when you try and turn the machine on, any beeps, what lights are flashing, are there any messages on the screen?

    i have to do anything, my first problem is flash bios fail, and then my laptop can not turn on again, Fn+ESC press power not working, no beeps, no boot... and I have tried to see motherboard, code U51 chip (ATHEROS) is hot

    Plenty of chips get hot. This is only bad if you can tell they are burning.

    If you had a bad BIOS flash then thats your problem. Fixing the BIOS is the only way to fix your laptop.

    What BIOS type is this? (E.g. Phoenix, Insyde, AMI, etc.)

    Have you tried to recover you BIOS? Just do a search here, and you will see few methods hoq ro so it.

    Can you take a pic of your whole motherboard?

    I think I just bought that motherboard for 60$, might not really be worth messing around so much.
