Hi all. I recently have been given a acer aspire 5050 but the friend who gave it to me tryed to change it from vista to win xp which i wasn't aware of until after getting it.there where quite a few driver problems which i've reinstalled them apart from 4. There are 3 pci flash with yellow ? and 1 sm bus controller with a yellow ?.Having looked on acer europe site for the drivers that corisponce with these i can't find the drivers that i need to fix the 4 yellow ?.Has anyone had this problem or nows the exact drivers needed to solve this as none of the drivers on acers site say pci flash drivers or sm bus drivers.Sorry if this is a stupid request but im not that heavy into computers but am learning.thanks in advance

Try the card reader driver and the bluetooth utility. Also a screen shot of your device manager maybe helpful and expand any of the problem devices.

When I installed XP the last pci driver that I needed was the
    sound/realtech driver.

thanks for all help guys all sorted.just for others with simular problems if you notebook is not a us version dont d/l us drivers only d/l europe drivers.did no harm just didnt work.i also dd/l all drivers but in no particular order as other posts have made mention of a certain order only.but it does work and well worth changing to win xp from vista, but that my opinion.thanx :) :)
