    acer 5050 keyboard hotkeys

    bought a acer 5050-3475 and when it loaded during first time installation the hot keys on the right of the keyboard stayed on instead of acting like a regular keyboard. tried recovery and alt f10 to strart over and still comes back the same. hotkeys are the letters I, O, L is backwards and the period acts as an enter key. any help or suggestions on how to resolve this and fix the keyboard. thanks hammerjoe
