    where can i get a recovery disc for my laptop?
    i have a acer 5633 when i turn it on it will first show acer screen then norton go back then windows logo then aspire series screen,after that nothing i went to pc world who told me it needed a recovery disc ,i tried acer but cant get through to them ,anyone out there who could email data so i can make own disc.

    after press power button and when acer screen appears try : Alt+F10 this will start recovery process.

    i've seen norton goback screw up the hidden partition on a lot of acer machines; it may not be functional.

    Definately worth giving it a shot. If you do manage to perform a disk to disk recovery using alt + F10 use the acer eRecovery software to create a restore disk.
