I have a aspire 6920G with a bluray drive that detects and autoruns ordinary DVDs but when you put in a Bluray video it not only does not detect it, if you start Acer arcade manually and tell it to play it asks you to put a disk in the drive and "Computer" shows the drive as empty. It is a clean install of Vista and I have done all updates including Arcade
Any hints would be appreciated :D

Another user on the forum had the same issue- apparently you need a firmware upgrade and Acer never provided one.
He got his BR drive replaced but other than that you can only do it yourself.
