I turned on my acer aspire 7250 laptop today and the period key (the key by the right shift button) what do i do (not even the question mark slash key works) i restarted the laptop twice and i even look on acer.com << that period is working because its the other period which is on the numeric right numbers where the num lock is... i think my computer still under standard warranty..

Use gas duster (canned air) to clean it. Something may have gotten stuck there.
If it doesn't help it's RMA time or if you're out of warranty after all you can just buy a replacement keyboard and install it yourself (it's both cheap and easy thing to do)

Basically what downloads said. Replacement of keyboard is very easy on ACER from what I've seen before.
