hello i cant seem to get this phone to work at all. i connect it to the available pcmcia slot on the left side of the notebook and the phone doesnt charge or come on at all. when i doc onnect it, i get a message saying that a new device has been added and that i need 2 install the drivers. however my system cant detect any drivers from either the installation cd or from the notebook itself.

how do i get this thing to work?

Call them and explain. You may be able to have it returned to the place you bought it from if it's a defect from the start.
