acer 8730: which pll on mainboard bigbear2

as written in the title, i d like to know the pll on the bigbear2 mainboard, manufacturer and model of the pll.

as this laptop is a quite long time on the market, maybe sum1 before has opend it, or could tell / give a hint me where the pll is located.

additionaly the question, if it is possible, to modify the ati 4650 to an 4670?
