If your laptop can operate with such powerfull card (TDP is 55W), than yes. I would recommend you to use FirePro M4000 - it draws less power and has almost the same performance.

And, if your laptop can work with K2100M, than you should buy FirePro M5100, it has 55W TDP too, but is more powerfull, than K2100M.

I don`t think that PSU will handle such powerfull card. And the heatsink isn`t capable to cool properly such card.

What psu do you mean? Charging circuit?or the actual psu?
I absolutely agree with you about the heatsink

The PSu itself. For this notebook there are only two available power supplies - 65W and 90W if I remember correctly. With such card they will not have enough power for your system - they will just overload.

    not a problem really that
The only easy thing is to put your own psu at whatever amperage you want
But what will happen to the circuits?

If you plug more powerfull universal PSU to your laptop - maybe it will not ruin your PC. But, remember, that the circuits on the motherboard are designed for some rated values of the currents and voltage. Se, if you install powerfull card and plug powerfull PSU ensuring the propper supply for your card, the power circuits of the mainboard may overload. Just because on demand the card will draw more power, than idle.
