ok, so im considering a laptop from newegg. its the acer aspire as7745g.
on of the main features im looking for is the ability to have 2 hdd'd inside the laptop, which newegg claims this laptop is capable of. my problem is on this particular model, the second hdd sata port is mounted vertically, meaning the hard drive woiuld stick straigh out of the laptop rather flat inside it. i want to know weather anyone had a solution to this. i cant find any kind of adapter piece or special cable to accomidate this use of a second hdd. maybe even if i would be able to get a connector that points the right direction and have someone solder it onto the MB in place of the stupid sata port that currently resides. any help would be appreciated.
