    hey guys just got this laptop its running on vista ive updated the driver for the crystal eye cam and wen it trys to download it tells me it cant install cos missing INF file now i have found the drivers on the acer site it has installed and is no longer showing a triangle but i still cant getg it to work there is no option to open camera device any help would be greatfull

    your camera should be accessible in applications like Skype or various messengers. Have you tried that already?
