I have the same issue. Whenever i click on the camera it says that camera is unpluged. This is what i got from the acer team.

"The message you are seeing indicates the camera has come unplugged internally. This means the camera was rotated the wrong direction. When using the camera you will notice that it rotats easily one direction but not the other. Do not force it to turn the wrong direction, it can unplug it internally or break it.

To have the camera repaired, please contact Acer Technical Support at 1-800-816-2237 M-F 7am-9pm CST and Sat-Sun 8am-5pm CST excluding holidays. Currently we are experiencing high call volume, so please expect your hold time to be longer than normal. We are working to reduce this by providing additional support personnel and by providing online support tools such as www.FixMyAcer.com. It will help to expedite your call if you have the following information available in front of you when you call in: Your contact information, physical shipping address (no PO boxes are accepted), your Acer product."

i still have to contact them, am a bit lazy. Did u get your issue solved
