    i got a acer aspire 5720 i had a virus now its not working ive tried to restore it back to factory setting but it keeps on failing with error code 0xdooooo9 can anyone tell me how 2 fix this

    is this a blue screen of death error? You tried hitting the alt f10 button after turning on? Using the erecovery tool? I think I saw in there where you can do a complete restore or something like that..where it will blow away EVERYTHING. id try that if its a pesky virus.
