    acer aspire 5930G HELP!!!!

    hello every one ,,, !

    my aspire 5930G info is:

    2.26 2.27 Ghz centrino2 core2duo P8400
    1066Mhz FSB, 3Mb L2 Cache
    4 Gb DDR2
    320 HDD
    Nvidia Geforce 9600M GT 512Mb
    Bios: 1.17
    os vista home premium sp1 ×32

    I have a problem when playing games . my vga card stop working then it says :
    nvlddmkm hase stopped working and successfully recovered.

    how can I flash new Bios ?? I want 1.21 to solve this problem. :(

    You want to flash the BIOS? First off, you mean the laptop BIOS or the card vBIOS?. Either way, it doesn't matter because in my opinion updating the BIOS/vBIOS won't solve your problem. You're better off reinstalling or updating the drivers for your video card(and I recommend clean reinstall, which mean you'll have to clean all rests of the old drivers first) or, if this doesn't solve it and the problem really bothers you - reinstalling the OS.

    I did that before ,, but nothing happened.
    I did rename the old nvlddmkm to nvlddmkm.dll.old
    and reinstalled a newer driver which is V.179.48 .
    they tolled me in Nvidia forum it may be because the bio not Vbio.

    I dunnno :(

    make a restore point, then uninstall update.

    its a vista server update that you prob never use....unless you write your own software.

    done a mass google search for you and found more than one soloution to this problem... :D

    the link below shows a few that have worked...i recommend you start with the easy ones first as these take less time to do and understand.

    it seems like having to much running or puting demands on ram cause this problem.
