Try the driver from the Bluray drive manufacturer? Was this installed by Acer or did you upgrade?

I have Windows 7 working fine but I can't hibernate. It doesn't wake up from hibernate is the problem, the Resuming Windows logo stays forever. Does this work for you?

    1. Activate Windows 7 online if you haven't yet.
    2. Get the audio driver from Acer. Install it.
    3. Get the latest graphics driver from Intel, Nvidia, or ATi. Make sure it's WHQL-certified. Install it.
    4. Re-install Acer Arcade Deluxe. You need this program to play Blu-ray discs. Get it from your Drivers & Applications DVD (which you should have burned) or from somewhere on the Internet.
