Hi , i recently bought a new laptop
my problem started as i was watching a movie and my laptop screen went completely dark.. the same goes for playing games or doing more task at once.
Recently i was trying to fix the solution myself and i came up whit this
the laptop screen goes black only when its connected (charging)
when its unplugged and running on battery i can watch movies and play games just fine.
My power setting are set that it never turns off and never goes in to a hibernate.
And another problem is that my laptop doesn't shut down automatically
it goes to the blue shut down screen and the text "windows is shutting down"
stays on and never shuts down , i shut it down manually
    Im running windows xp 32bit
    Intel T4200 2,0 Ghz
    4gb of ram
    320 Hdd
    ATI HD4570

So now i`m wondering , should i get a new power cable ,a new battery or is it just a software issue ?
