    acer charging problems

    Hi all,

    i just bought a acer aspire 7750g, i turned on the power and everything whas allright, it still is but when i disconnect my power thing (sorry) my laptop turns off , when i put my mouse on battery icon it say: 33% available (plugged in, not charging)

    so my question: how can i fix this problem?

    Since it is new I would have to go with a bum battery or battery circuit in the laptop. Hopefully just a bad battery. Try to get them to send a replacement.
