hi to cut a long storu short
my daughter knocked the laptop over and busted it
    took it to repair shop
new hard drive installed and disk drive i got it back yesterday and apparently all the acer stuff like erecovery management and etc was not installed not even acer arcade i did leave the recovery disks for them to run etc
anyway i phoned them and asked them did they run both recovery disk as acer systems was missing they said it was left off so it should run better but if i want it on bring it back and he install for me
now am wondering if he just run one disk or both or if i can just run the disk myself and put it back on i have a acer aspire 5315 laptop so any advice would be appreciated thanks

Not all softwares that are preinstalled (and come on the recovery discs) are available for download. So it is better to have the "application and drivers" disc also in order to add useful tools from the Acer preinstallation.
