    hi!

    I bought an extensa 4220 and it has been giving me problems ever since the first day i had it. promblem being it crush dumps every now and then, when i try reinstalling new software it rejects every thing. at times when i boot it on it just blacks out and cannot operate anything. some budy please help me out what should i do? :mad:
