    acer laptop - battery life

    anyone know of some acer models with good battery life? (4hours+). preferrably not discontinued. acer had some good models a few years back with good battery (5hours) but cant appear to get something similar these days.

    p.s. has to be available in the UK for around 600pounds or less. ($1000USD).

    The HP dv2000t with 12 cell batter will get you over five yours.

    No you cannot because it is a HP battery not Acer. Was suggesting the HP for good battery life.

    was trying to avoid a HP at all costs, they have the stupid lame minipci port locked so you cant use non-HP cards.
