acer orbicam troubleshoot,i can make a get picture option

i have acer aspire series laptop.my os xp sp2.my laptop have build-in cam(acer orbicam 1.3mp).earlier my cam works good.i can able 2 make picture.normally if i wanna get picture using build-in cam,i go 2 explore ''my computer''-choose'acer orbicam''.now my cam turnon.i cam go to file or right click to choose get picture.
now i have trouble this methode.if i choose get picture,autometically goes 2 ''welcome scanner and camera wiard'' .i can click nex,its shows scanner and camera wizard,take and copy wizard.but there is no preview on my camera.in preview scetion,''creation of the video preview failed please check the device connection and make sure that
the device is not being used by another person or application''.
i can able 2 using webcam in a yahoo messenger.so my cam connected properly. im sure no other application used my cam.then y this meesege shown.plz help me?
