    acer travelmate 4010 power button blinking orange and green

    I have a acer travelmate 4010 thing was working fine but now just power button blinks orange and green thing seems to start fine i see the dvd rom come on fine i can hear the hard drive clicking when it starts so i think thats fine the charger light does not come on at all the green power on button comes on and goes off fine but i have no scrren and it just blinks orange and green on the front of the laptop i did change the charger out and i did get one online a replacement one not made from acer question is do you think it could be the charger or is it something else any and all help appreciated

    heres what im after has anybody had there charger malfunction did it make the power light blink green and orange or has anyone had there video card go did it make anything blink everything that should come on comes on besides the screen comes on fine the dvd rom works spins hard drive works i dont get a charger light on at all i unpluged the ram hard drive wifi and took the battery out and pluged it in and it still blinks i know nothing bout laptops so anything would help i see in the foroms that some laptops have code they show with blinking lights this one just blinks and blinks no code here i dont wanna trash it if its only a ac adapter
