I own the TM4020, and it has been an excellent machine.

No issues, except that I used it plugged in for most of a year, and now I only have 1/2 hour of battery life. (small 6 cell battery)

I have had Windows XP Pro, Vista, and many versions of linux.

I used the Hard drive up (60gig) and replaced with a new 100gig. I also upgraded the ram from 512MB to 2Gig (am running Vista now. No Aero (intel 915 graphics driver doesn't run Aero), but runs great otherwise. I love the keyboard.
The headphone jack is on the front, and should be on the side. It's too easy to hit on the front. It has three USB ports, and should have more, But I never actually needed more that three at a time. Screen is nice and bright, wireless has great range. Doesn't come with bluetooth, but does have a BT hardware button. You can install the Acer part yourself if you need, but it is a pain getting to the board.

I wish it had IR built-in, but most laptop's now don't anyway.
Mic has good gain, and speakers have good sound. (Linux gives MUCH better sound quality than windows, because it drives the speakers a little louder.)

    Stays pretty cool.

I have a DVD-R/RW burner in mine, NICE FEATURE!

Sorry, No pics, but I'll take some and post them if anyone is interested.
