    acer warranty turnaround?

    Hi,

    My 6930 recently died after owning it since March. (Can't even load an OS without bluescreening). I took it to Best Buy (Canada), who sent it to Acer under warranty. They said to expect a 4-6 week turnaround. Is this accurate?

    I've seen less, but that all depends on how back-ordered they are.
