    acer1410 su2300 win7 64bit 4gb memory issue

    I upgraded from 2 to 4gb and I notice win7 does not take advantage of the memory, regardless of whether i'm playing a game while watching a move and surfing the internet at the same time, the memory usage is awlays 900mb to 1.3gb out of 4gb, and the available memory is always slightly less than 3gb. Is this normal? I thought win7 64bit was supposed to try to use the full memory?
