    acer5610...orbicam not working

    hi this is my first post so please forgive me if i sound clueless. I have an Acer 5610 that comes with an Orbicam webcam. My sister had this laptop before me and she used the webcam all the time. Now that i have it, I can't get it to work. When I open the camera there is only a black screen and i cant do anything from there. can someone please help because i would really like to be able to use my notebook to its full extent.

    a little side note: i checked the device (webcam) and the box says "this device is working properly"
