    i deleted the acer program for system recovery
    i think its called erecovery but when i try to reinstall it it gives me some sort of error any ideaS?

    is there a special way of installing this

    i did the same as you but i did burn recovery dvd's and when i did a clean install using the dvd's i was asked if i would like to burn them again lol.
    you have to reinstall the full empowering junk as a package now with the launch manager :(
    you need the launch manager for the wifi,email keys to work.

    could you give us a screen shot of the error message, that would help.

    will look into it for you and find a way to get erecovery back on your laptop.

    you could try a repair of windows using Alt+F10 the select repair windows
