Hello, can someone please help. I got a new 8930g a few weeks ago and everything was working fine. This morning I tried to play a new blueray I got for xmas and as I was waiting I was asked to update the acer arcade, which plays the blueray discs. The update never finished and now I can't play any blue ray or dvds. I get a message saying webpage not available. As I said, up until today everything was working fine. I also tried a system restore, but that hasn't worked either. Someone please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
