    Hi i sent my aspire6930g for repairs after i dropped it, after a month acer said they could not repair it and they were going to send me a brand new upgraded laptop. Now my quetion is since my laptop was loaded any one know what they might send me in the way of model number.

    Did Acer say they were going to send you a new lappie after sending them a physically broken machine for repairs :confused: ??

    Does not make a whole lot of sense to me.

    After having it for over a month and being unable to fix it , also after alot of complaining, they said they were going to send a brand new upgraded unit. now my laptop was loaded so im just wondering the next step up from that.
