    aspire 3690: orbicam troubleshooting and software conflict

    hi,

    last time, i installed webshot desktops ( http://www.webshots.com/samplers/) .. this software had conflicted with my orbicam .. when i opened the software .. a window poped up and indicated that "orbicam has stop working" .. (my internet explored also has the same problem but i already reseted) .. anyway, last time, i had to reboot the laptop again and reinstalled everything .. orbicam worked perfectly .. however, this time i dowloaded Adobe flash software (to view pix @ some websites) .. and i think this caused the problem .. but i'm not sure this time because i had not isolate which software due to rebooting process .. ( i don't want to loose MSoffice 2007 enterprise .. activation times are limited) .. so, i'm desperatedly looking for help .. does anybody know another way to reformat orbicam without rebooth the system (?) .. please help .. thank you for your time ..
