hi guys my 5920mobo's propper screwed now after a failed reflow.so i want to fit a 5920g mobo into it so i can upgrade the gpu too as well as fixing the old crap int'gpu thing is i need to find out what compatability issues are going to arise so i can try and avoid them if anybody has swapped out different revision boards try and point me their way so i can maybe get some advice.
as far as i can understand i have a s/n DA0ZD1MB6F0 REV:F with a gm965 chipset(intergrated gpu) im not sure on revisions as far as i know they are different surface mount items such as phono/usb plugs differences being plugs made from different materials ie metal or plastic? ive already put a 5920g bottom case on it after cooling fins broke of last1

im looking at an ACER 5920G P/N MBAGW06001 DA0ZD1MB6E0 which i think has a pm965chipset but cant find much info on it online

and ATI Radeon HD 3650 512MB first off then maybe try some better cards like AMD ATI HD4650 M96-M 215-0729042 GPU from os store
anybody knows wether this will or wont work cheers any advice appreciated

Since you have the bottom already you are in for a head-start. I also guess that you have the proper heat-sink as well? As far as I know everything else should be the same.

Don't waste your money on HD3650 if you are after HD4650. Just skip the first one and get the second.

This MoBo seems fine, a bit pricey, but hopefully everything's fine with it.
