    Hello, i managed get in in bios settings, but cannot see options to disable hardware, cpu multiplier and so on. Something doing wrong ?

    BIOS: phoenix trustedcore Ver. 1.24

    No such settings in laptops' BIOSes, sorry.
    Some settings can be unlocked (if hidden by default) but not the one you're looking for.
