I have a 9810 and the screen has gone to the black screen of death. I can get to safe mode and checked the drivers for the nvidia stuff and it says working properly. The computer guy locally say its a motherboard issue. I;ve read of other issues like the microsoft update but I didn't get that one. Is it the lcd display or hard drive going out or what. I haven't found the one answer searching the net. Thanks for any help.
