    Hey, everyone. First time here. I'm having issues after waking my Acer Aspire 4810tz notebook from sleep and occasionally after hibernating.

    The computer powers back on, but the monitor stays black. I can tell it powers back on b/c (1) the light comes back on the power button and (2) I can hear the computer running again. However, the monitor never comes back on and I have to unplug the notebook and remove the battery to reset the system.

    I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium. The problems have been happening pretty much since i got the notebook.
