Has anyone broken the power jacks on their aspire ones? I saw from some pics that it's soldered right onto the board. My wife tripped over mine yesterday and may think the plug is a little bit looser than before, but still holds just fine.

    anyone? thanks.

I think mine is broken now too. I use to have to wiggle it to get it to power and charge the battery. Now even with a lot of wiggling it will not give the netbook any power. Sucks, only had it 4 months.

My AA1 150 with 160gig hdd has taken a lot of punishment.
-Tripped over the powercord at least 10 times. The powerconnector didn't break because the laptop fell along with the power connector.
-Dropped AA1 from table height at least 25 times.
-Overheated to 90~degrees Celsius because I left it turned on in my packpack. Nothing's broken yet.
-Battery has lost 20% capacity in about 7 month with over 200 recharge and discharge cycles.
-Longest continueous operating days: 3 month. I've only turned off the computer for about 20 times since i bought it.
