Hi,,
I`m having a problem with my build in blue tooth. when I press bt button it tells me ((usb device not recognize)). this problem occur 2 days ago, before that It was working fine !!

I don`t know why.. however, I tried to update the driver but that doesn't work.

any suggestions?

have you went into safe mode and uninstalled the BT drivers first...

since some of the BT driver files are in use when in normal mode, you may have to boot into safe mode to fully uninstall the old drivers

then reboot... if windows tries to install drivers at reboot CANCEL it... because right now the drivers in windows aren't working...

after fully booting and canceling driver install,, try to reinstall the drivers according to the README file included in the driver download file

after drivers install... reboot and test the BT
