Having problems with the HD and CD and trying to run memtest86 but need to boot from a CD. CD drive is dead. So I'm wondering if I can boot from a USB CD or jump drive.

No there is no any ..

Still to test this option , you must have an USB to IDE circuitry.

By getting more to it , i can say that the Bios it self , can offer support , to known only standard USB Floppy designs . (Mitsumi - Toshiba)

I had open up, my new USB-Floppy , and the internal controller was made by American Megatrents ( AMI ) .

More modern Bios , its possible to be preprogrammed , to handle more USB boot controllers , but not this one .
