    cannot select user in windows 7 log on

    When I boot Windows 7 the screen wants me to select one of the two users, but I cannot move the arrow to make the selection. Is there a way to activate the arrow or to select a user without pointing to it?

    Not sure exactly what you are trying to ask here, but that sounds like a question more suited for a Microsoft forum. If it is a hardware issue, check to see if you touchpad is enabled.(Its FN + F7 on my as6920 to enable/disable it.)
