Getting compressed air is easy even for you (it was already explained in the previous thread). :)
    It's quite simple really.
    You get the compressed air.
Turn off your laptop before you do anything though (remove the battery and plug it out of the electrical socket, and finally press/hold the power button for 5 to 10 seconds to remove any remaining charge).

Next get your can of compressed air ready.
Press it so you blow out some air and potential water (away from the laptop).
Water and electronics don't really mix. ;)
Finally once you are sure there is no residual water, put the air can to the exhaust vent and press so to blow the air into the laptop.

Keep in mind that in another thread you mentioned how you vacuumed your air vents already and the temps dropped by about 20 degrees.
The compressed air will probably reduce the temperatures by another 5 degrees.
The idle temperatures of 9600m GT GDDR3 in 5930G is usually in the 45 degrees range.

If it doesn't do the trick, then you can always open up the lower part of the laptop (by unscrewing it ... but be careful) and clean out the coolers yourself with light brush strokes.
