I dropped my laptop on the floor and now the optical drive doesn't work. The LED doesn't flash and the tray doesn't come out.Not even the Bios can see it.
The laptop is an Aspire 5315-301G12Mi.
Can the optical drive be fixed or it needs replacing?
What type of interface does the optical drives use?(ide or sata?)
